Church Farm Holiday Village is a great place for a lazy holiday away from the hustle and bustle. It's in stunning Sussex, just down the road from Bognor Regis, officially the sunniest place in England! Explore the lagoon and spot wildlife on a walk down to the shingle beach.

There are play areas, a Crazy Golf course, and heated pools with flumes and sun loungers to give everyone holiday memories that will last a lifetime.

Depending on your Disability / Special needs we offer several types of Holiday Homes ( Static Caravans ) please note all our Adapted Caravans sleep a maximum of 6 people and are 2 Bedroom.

We've taken extra steps to make sure our accommodation works for everyone. 

Two types of adapted caravan are available to guests with disabilities.

Roomier and more accessible than the standard holiday home, the caravan is fitted with sliding internal doors, an adapted bathroom and can be equipped with a trapeze lift handle (which you can request at the time of booking). Any other equipment as well as any Carers can be hired from our partner 247 Totalcare Ltd

It comes with all the essentials you'd find in our other accommodation, including a TV, microwave, refrigerator and gas fire.

Type 1 Adapted Caravan

Suitable for guests with moderate accessibility issues. These caravans include:

  • Ramp access to the door
  • Double bed or twin single in the main bedroom
  • Twin singles in the second bedroom
  • Shower area has outward opening double doors with an entry lip to retain the water
  • Some lowered units in the kitchen
  • Parking next to the caravan (not guaranteed at all parks)*

*If we can't offer parking next to the caravan, there will always be parking nearby our accommodation. We have Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.
Type 2 Adapted Caravan

Suitable for guests that are wheelchair dependent or who have limited mobility.
  • Ramp access to front door (wider doors)
  • Wet room with seating in shower
  • Hand rails and sliding doors throughout
  • Main bedroom with wheelchair accessible 3ft twin beds
  • Second bedroom with 2'6" beds (not wheelchair accessible)
  • Parking next to the caravan (not guaranteed at all parks)*

Accessible swimming
When you book the Holiday Pass package, you'll have access to pre-book our swimming pools on park. The park is equipped with a pool hoist which is available upon request should you require it. 

The parks offers a changing rooms with toilet, changing area and wet room shower facilities suitable for guests with disabilities.

Please speak to the Team at Orchard Village directly before booking your swimming sessions if you have any individual needs.

How accessible are the facilities at Church Farm Holiday Village?

Is the park wheelchair friendly? Yes, the park is on a flat surface, so is suitable for wheelchairs. Should you require a wheelchair, scooter on any extra Medical / Mobility equipment please contact 247 Totalcare Ltd on  01474 557700 or by speaking to our Disability Team on 01273 950 940

Access There's disabled access to our reception area but there's no disabled toilet available here. We have disabled access to our main complex.

How long would it take you to walk from the furthest point in the park to facilities? 10-15 minutes. Please remember electric mobility scooters / electric wheelchair should be set at max speed of 4 mph 

Accommodation areas suitable for guests with disabilities Areas include: Lagoon Close and Church Meadow.

Parking We have Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.

Swimming pools A hoist is available for the indoor pool upon request. There are sloping steps for the outdoor pool with a handrail.

Changing area Disabled changing rooms and toilets are available.

Access to sea/beach A path between the lagoon and harbour leads towards a shingle beach. The path is uphill and there's a ramp to take you to the main beach.

Do you provide Carers at Orchards Holiday Village ?

No the Park doesn't provide Carers on site, however if you need Care and additional equipment whilst on holiday you can Pre-book with 247 Totalcare Ltd. Good new if you receive Direct Payments from your local council they can arrange Care and Equipment and you can pay for it with your Direct Payment Card.

Please bring any Sharp bins with you as we do not provide on-site.

  • 10 Night Breaks - Friday 16:00 to Monday 10:00

The site does not offer 1,2,5 or 6 Night Stays you would need to book one of the above options. Saturday to Saturday check-ins are limited due to shortage of Units and attract a premium.

Adapted Units are all 2 Bedrooms and normally have a Double pull out in lounge and cannot take above 6 Guests.

Dogs can be accommodated upto 2 per unit at from £35.00 per dog . Accessible Dogs (proof required are Free)

The Unit may be owned by Site Owners or a Privately owned Unit.

Hideaway holidays give our guests the chance to escape to the great British coast at a pace that suits them.​ Use your accommodation as a base to enjoy the local area to its fullest - enjoy local walks and explore nearby towns, villages and attractions.

Please note, guests who have booked a Hideaway holiday will not have access to pools, entertainment venues or activities during their break.

If you're in need of an epic family getaway, then our traditional holidays are the break of choice packed full of swimming, entertainment and activities.

What facilities are available for our Holiday guests?​

Your Breakaway holiday includes accommodation, restaurants, takeaways and arcades, as well as a Play Pass which allows you entry to our entertainment venues and pools, as well as the ability to book activities.

Please note, whilst we have a lot of free activities for you to get stuck into, some of our activities do require a small additional charge to book. 
Holiday Protection (HP) covers:
